About this portal
A lightweight tool for community network teams to map, document, and share their Points of Presence — no server, no account, no fees.
Map your network
Place Core POPs, Distribution POPs, Access Points, and CPE nodes on an interactive canvas. Draw backhaul and last-mile links between them.
Keep a live register
Every POP you place is recorded in a structured register with ID, name, type, location, equipment, power source, and status.
Export and share
Export the register as a CSV file to share with partners, funders, or technical teams. Import a CSV to reload a saved network.
Works offline
All data is saved to your browser's local storage. The tool works without an internet connection once loaded — ideal for field use.
How to use
- Place — select a POP type, click the canvas to drop a node. Fill in the details in the panel that opens.
- Link — switch to Link mode, click a source POP, then click a destination. Link style adjusts automatically by type.
- Move — drag any POP to reposition it on the canvas.
- Coverage — toggle coverage zones to visualise the reach of each POP based on its radius setting.
- Save — click Save to store the network in your browser. It will reload next time you visit.
- Export — download a CSV of the full register to share or archive.
